1. Free Trial and Subscription

1.1 Title of Auto-Renewing Subscription: The Empathy Set 7-Day Free Trial

1.2 Length of Subscription: 7 days

1.3 Price of Subscription: Free for 7 days, then $0.99 per month or a one-time purchase of $18.99

1.4 You may manage your subscription and disable auto-renewal at any time through your iTunes Account Settings. No refunds will be given for any unused portion of the term.

2. User Obligations

2.1 By downloading or using the app, these terms automatically apply to you. It is important to read them carefully before using the app.

2.2 You are not allowed to copy or modify the app, any part of it, or our trademarks in any way.

2.3 Attempting to extract the app's source code, translating the app into other languages, or creating derivative versions is prohibited.

3. Intellectual Property

3.1 The app, including trademarks, copyrights, database rights, and other intellectual property rights, belongs to John Ford.

3.2 You may not modify, reproduce, distribute, display, or create derivative works based on any part of the app without prior written permission from John Ford.

4. App Changes and Charges

6. Device Security

6.1 It is your responsibility to keep your phone and app access secure.

6.2 We recommend not jailbreaking or rooting your phone, as it may compromise security features and affect the proper functioning of The Empathy Set App.

7. Limitation of Liability

7.1 John Ford cannot take responsibility for certain aspects of app usage.

7.2 Some app functions require an active internet connection, and John Ford is not liable if the app does not work at full functionality due to the lack of internet access.

7.3 If you use the app outside an area with Wi-Fi, your mobile network provider's terms and charges for data usage will apply. You accept responsibility for such charges, including roaming data charges, if applicable.

7.4 If you are not the bill payer for the device, ensure you have obtained permission from the bill payer to use the app.

8.3 You agree to accept application updates when offered to you.

8.4 John Ford may discontinue the app at any time without prior notice. Upon termination, you must cease app usage and, if necessary, delete it from your device.
